A native Washingtonian, Karen has seen first hand the growth and expansion throughout the
area. She,along with her husband and son have called Northern Virginia their home for the past 27 years.

In the early 80’s, Karen discovered her affinity for real estate and started working for real estate management companies. She further developed and cemented her skills of evaluating, investing and managing real properties, successfully handling both residential and commercial.

Karen co-founded Design Business Furniture, Inc. in 1992 which is listed as “one of the top office furniture companies” by The Washington Business Journal.

Karen’s business experience enables her to find homes for individuals, families and businesses small and large, with personal attention to details and professionalism. Understanding the importance of maximizing equity, not over improving and staging she provides insight into the selling of your real property as well.
